How is samsare realted to karman and nirvana?

The cycle of rebirth that conditions the lives of living beings according to their karma or retribution of actions. The only way of breaking out of this cycle is to achieve nirvana.So this kinda of means what goes up must go down!

    Woah! Thats cool. So if you had good Karma you could achieve nirvana then stop the cycle of rebirth and live in "Heaven" forever?
